We provide hands-on assistance to help with transfers (bed, chair, toilet), ambulation, stair assistance, repositioning, and safe use of walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
Our licensed nursing team work closely with physical therapists and healthcare providers. With that experience, we are able to assess strength, balance and cognitive status to select the safest transfer methods for each situation while reducing stress on the client and caregiver.
We work to assure that every one of our direct care workers occupies the proper trainings & techniques to help reinforce therapy plans, prevent the risk of falls, and monitor progress to promote recovery and maintain function.
